OK, not sure what to tell you as it's misleading. It says it can replace a 1200W HPS. I run a 600W HPS in my 4x4x7 tent, with a zipper on the outside only. But it also says for a 2.5 x 2.5 for bloom. If I put a 1200W HPS in a 2 x 2 it would melt.

OK, I did some digging around and the reviews say the room size is correct at 2.5 x 2.5. So yes you may need more lights.

I always found two was better. If one plant was smaller you could adjust it a bit. If your space is confined then one light is the way to go. You may be better off with one, but then you have a light not being used, and maybe you can save some money buying a second smaller light compared to one bigger one. So many options.
If you have one light and a shorter plant you can always use bibles underneath as a riser. If you have a collection I mean...

Lots of folks have success with Fox Farms Happy Frog (referred to as FFHF) or Oceans Forest (or FFOF). Some folks add perlite to them for faster drainage. I know MrSauga uses FFOF.
Fox farm ocean forest or Nature's Care Organic Potting Soil. Both good when you add 20-25% vermiculite cut in.

And can I harvest a auto more than once or should I cut all the small branches off the bottom and small popcorn off bottom?
You can do a staggered harvest where you take off the ripe buds and leave the others to ripen (and possibly bulk up) further.
But once you harvest an auto you are almost 100% done with that plant. A very rare auto will reflower, but counting on that happening isn't worth the time. I've only seen it done outdoors, and only twice.

So should I cut all.the small branches and popcorn bugs that hardly are anything ??

I would certainly take off all of the fluffy popcorn buds at the bottom and small branches that are nowhere near the canopy. Leave any fans that look healthy though.

Any grow shop will most likely carry FFOF, and Walmart and Home Depot carried the Nature's Care Potting Soil. Do NOT buy the Nature's Care Garden Soil. Very similar bags; one says garden soil, one says potting soil.

Think I need to go back to 5.5 mc they look more yellow now and have burnt spots looks like
