Will my current lighting setup be sufficient for seedling and veg stages of 1 plant

I just got a few lights from a friend who is an electrical contractor. MH 150w I believe it it not 100%. Can someone maybe shed a little light on this matter it would be greatly appreciated..Pun intended i have a few of those light setups if i may need a few more. Thanks in advance, slim

If I remember correctly, 150w MH will cover about 2x2. Likely need new bulbs . . . they lose quite a bit of output when they get some hours on them.

I am just jump starting them for outdoors and was just curious if that light will be fine for now. I am crunched for space and not sure if its a male or female so its by itself.

That light will be fine for your babies until the spring.
Do you have a timer?
Switch to 12/12 and find out the sex of her before too much time passes.
Just out of curiosity do you have a smoke detector in there?

I dont live there its in a closet in my office building so after 5 they will have to fend for themselves. also you mentioned flipping it over to 12/12 lighting schedule. My question is this once the sex is determined do i just flip it back to 18/6 to continue vegging and also how does that effect vegetative growth when switched between light schedules? Also my last question is can i do that at the current stage of its life or do i need to wait for a little more growth? Ill post a picture that was taken just a hr or so ago. You can do it now, she will stretch a bit.
Then if its female you just switch the light back to 18/6.
She will just be bigger no harm done.
Then veg for a month till your ready for flower.

Hiya - a 150w MH will be fine in early veg; 2-3 of those would do the whole grow (1 plant?)
I know the red light yada yada, but in my experience the blues produces tighter nugs and at least as much resin

I have a few of them and also some hps street lights. Im the same way the use what you got type of guy. I have some
HID 100w led cob style bulbs as well. Those old street lights i have or 4-600w electricity bill killers for sure.

I have a little potato pump i water with. I never drown it or fill it flush w the top of the pot. Just wet it down real good and call it good. I dont want to over water but i dont want to underwater either. Ill judge by the weight next time. Do you guys normally let them get lite and dry almost completely or leave a little water weight in the pot?

Shit i might be doing this shit for a male of some dirt weed at that. I had it in a old can hopefully i kept it for a reason and it just wasnt a old seed of some dirt weed. I guess we will find out.

Easiest thing for you to do would be weigh the pot.
Water weigh again.
Do you have access to grow bags.
Cloth pots let air in much better.
When you uppot use a bag.

Mr. Bill hope you doing well. Quick question for you whats your take on the topping of this plant? My first time topping and i couldnt tell you if its right or wrong.
