How low on watts can you go on Cree 3590's

I have a couple of questions. I bought two 3590 s @ 3500 k and run them at 50 watts with a mover that moves 2 feet and height adjustment (active heatsinks). I put both up to 60 watts each and burned some leaves. I have now a 3+3 space with one big plant (smaller footprint when plant is young) . I also have another spot I grow with 4 "- 6" pots ,small plants. I grow indoor in April and "get them going" for an outdoor grow/grows in June.

Is it the "economy of scale " to use Cree 3590's and dim them down ?
How far can you dim them down in watts before they are two weak ?

I bought a cxb 1820 3000k 80 cri. for reds just to try out my extra 20 watt chinese driver. It runs 23 watts @.330 amps. on the driver. I could run the cxb 1820's lights on a 10 watt driver. I would think it the same light material as the 3590's just way smaller surface.

Another question. Is it worth running cxb or cxa 1820's, 1830's or 2530' 40's and dim them to add color spectrum's and extra light or should I cram in 3590's spectrum's together and go dim as possible.I dont think I'll crank the lights up. I just have a kill-a-watt meter and no par meter. Thank you.

oops there they are.cxb 1820 is twice as small. that is why Im asking which is the better option for a small square foot grow.
