New to growing

Hi all, im new to this and was hoping someone could help me out. My plants are about 4 wees old and are grown outside. Just yesterday a few of the leaves started to turn yellow. I have good quality soil, water every other day and they receive plenty of sunlight. I must be missing something, can anyone please advise. Thanks.

Sorry about the soil. After a whole bunch of research it sounds like it is my soil. The drainage is poor, the soil was really wet, so I switched the soil to an organic starter. Hopefully I'll see good results in a few days.

Too much watering too. These are weeds remember.

Wow looks like overkill in the watering buddy lol let it dry out and add some water but not as much as u did lol like half

I ended up changing the soil, better drainage, they were outside and we got hit with rain bad for a few days and I couldn't get them to dry out. They looking better now.
