New grower - Baffled by these plants

hi .. Started growing these from seeds in April, and they have been slow on the uptake. Just recently they seem to be getting worse. They are called Nevada Ice I believe. I have grown in the past, using standard compost, but this time they seem stunted and still struggling to get going. Any suggestions on what to look out for ?

You need to move those into much larger pots with fresh soil asap. looks like you're also suffering from nute lockup. lots of fresh soil will save them. bury them up to or slightly above the first set of (dieing) leaf nodes.
