Hi guys!
Ive been puffing the herb for about 15 years now and figured it was time to take up the art of growing (for personal use). I did tons of reading on different websites and watched videos for about a month and decided to just jump into it without much of any preparation really haha
As my budget is somewhat tight I figured I just get the minimal to start and then build on it as I learn (and get more money haha)
So here's my journey with thoughts and ideas of what worked, and did not work, in my grow!

So the setup I started off using was:
Tent: 80x80x160cm
LED: 130W full cycle
8x 0.4L pots
8x 3.5L pots
8x 7L pots
Ventilator
Fertilizers:
Advanced Nutrients - Grow/Micro/Bloom Perfect PH
Ph down Ionic

This setup has now been improved with:
Added 1x 250W 6500K CFL for vegging
and 1x 250W 2700K CFL for flowering
1x 200m3 extractor
1x 200m3 intractor (with dust filter), the ideal situation was to try to get a 20% difference in airflow OUT vs. IN. The power of these ventilators were a bit overkill as my maths got down to 97m2/h minimum airflow but once I had installed them it really took down the humidity levels that I was having some issues with at the start (some days reached 85%).
I was in contact with Advanced nutrients via email and using their nutrient calculator I have added Voodo Juice and B52 to my feedings. (Still missing to get some more parts though)
Note: I am now on my second batch of plants and am now using about 1/3 of the recommended dosage of nutes, on the first batch I totally overdid it and got signs of overnuting that never really got sorted out. (you live you learn hehe)
So, using paper-towel method to germinate my seeds I started off a journey that brought a much wider perpective to life and it's best inhabitants; The Cannabis Family!
