Picked up some neem oil and some yellow sticky pads.
I made a mixture of neem oil and water and sprayed the tops of each container as well as the sides and underneath, as well as the drainage saucers. I did not have unscented dish soap to mix with the neem oil so I will do that for the next treatment. From what I have read, the neem oil is supposed to confuse the fungus gnats and the mature ones will be unable to lay eggs and they will essentially stop eating and die off. Neem oil smells awful btw.
I will do another run with the neem oil spray on monday. I will most likely pick up some Diatomaceous Earth today at HD and sprinkle it on the top. I don't want to cover the entire tops of the containers because I do not want to start bottom feeding.
I think these fungus gnats really like iguana juice :/
