Auto Assassin Grows Again!

Hello guys and gals of 420 welcome to the party ... This grow will be another Auto Assassin (AA from here out) here is a little about her. She is a sativa dominant auto flower expected to be around 20-36". Yield is around 30-60 grams and ready in 8-10 weeks. She will be grow indoors under a 300 watt led panel from mars hydro also have about 200 watts off cfls if needed. I have her planted in a small pot with seed starting soil and I cut the bottom of that pot off and placed it into a 5 gallon bucket of my super soil that have been cooking for 60 days. Hopefully the buffer layer is enough and I don't kill her but the mix is pretty light on amendments. So far she is two days old and this is her final home

Just some good news... The light came in today looks great packed great so good props to the people at mars hydro and to sara for helping me pick what I wanted. The yoyo's will be here Friday so I made up my own for now I have it hanging about 22-24 inches from the big plant is that to far away to close I don't know??

First - Congrats on the new light Chuck! WooHoo!!! It must have come with some guidelines for distance during seedling, veg and flowering. What do they suggest?

This is the response I got from MH Please keep the light around 18~24 inches during veg and 12~18 inches during flower above your plants. So with that being said I have adjusted more to 20 will give it a day then 18 depending on penetration Ill go lower.. Thanks for the help everyone!

Thats always a good way to go. Start out higher and then slowly lower it and see how the plants respond. Are you using those rachet ropes? They are really good for this purpose.

They are suppose to be here today but kinda regretting buying them. I am a very cheap person haha and since I hung my light and already have my plants where they want to be using various objects for free

Day 5! She seems to love the light she is really "reaching" for it with the leaves tilt up that high. Still a little worried about the buffering space being enough between it and the super soil we will see though. Since the cfl's are out of the room im running at a smooth 71 degrees f. I watered her buffer pot today was bone dry pretty much.

Day 8! Think she is out of that buffer pot and into the real food yet? If so she seems to be loving it the blue lighter is day 6 the white is day 8 today. Also raised her up a bit she is probably 18 inches away now for 2 days. Comparing pictures from my first grow to this one she is about the size and a half of the first one. I know cant attribute to anything since every plant is different but I take it as a good sign.

Day 13! I don't know what to say but wow she is loving this light and hopefully is in digging into my soil already! She is already showing secondary's which surprised me probably twce as big as my first AA grow. This is the yield from my first one...

Day 15 and wow pistils! I see 3 with my eyes but I can only pick up one in the pictures and my last AA grow I saw them on day 27. Noticeable growth all around I put some weights on the middles leaves so my secondary's can get more light.

Okay I know I just shared pictures yesterday but I want everyone to compare these two the little one was my first big one of course this one. Okay this is a picture of my first AA at day 14 second one is day 13 of my second AA grow. (current). Also did a VERY LITE lst today
