HI guys, my auto is 45 days young just in preflower stage and keeps on bushing out like crazy. Still got some vertical space for her to stretch but horizontally there is nothing left leaves are rubbing against the walls and quite few bud sites are covered with big fan leaves i also noticed one fan leaf with a bit of powdery stuff which I suspect was early powdery mildew developing which I tackled with neem oil. Im thinking to pluck some fan leaves to open up bud sites. I never defoliate autoflowers but at the same time never had such a bushy autoflowers. I know its topic of controversy and we will never come to agreement but can someone with experience of defoliatig autos give me an advice please. She keeps on growing like a champ honestly never seen anything like it in autos so don't want to mess it up now. Oh and also roots growing through autopot is it something to worry about?

Well how they doing now ?
Doing great, doubled in size in last 7 days attached some pictures some bud sites was never going to reach the light because plant was responding well to stress I have decided to lolipop and take some of the bud sites from the bottom. Other than that I'm stocked theres tops everywhere and all of them same height. Let's see her response to heavy lollipoping

If she's growing that vigorously I wouldn't worry about removing a few leaves to open up some bud sites. Just do a few and give her a day or two then do a few more. Autos aren't as weak as people will have you believe. If she's happy and healthy she'll take it just fine. Nice plant.
