Need some knowledge on hlg 550 v2 rspec going from a hps to led and I've already led burned them so 2 part question I need to know this light like an hps and two how to fix led burning should I just adjust the height and intensity of the led then let them grow stunted untill new growth is good enough to cut off the effectived leaves

I'm in but mostly for knowledge just upgraded from a hps to a maxisun led then upgraded from that Amazon maxisun 100 watt led to a hlg 550 v2 rspec and seem to be burning one plant the ppm are at 1200 it's in week 3 of nutes but nute burned them on week one cause the budtendder said they were indica dom witch was false burrbarry is 70 sativa and 30 indica and on top of that there haze crossbred so if I would of known that I would of had my ppm @ 500 to 600 instead of 800 but so do I just higher the led and put intensity at 50 percent and just let it ride out the stunned growth or is there a way to bypass stunted growth
