It's hard to say.... Just fix the problem and keep an eye out for any changes that may show themselves... Glad you got it figured out before any more damage was done...

Then there is the vet growers that smoke the forums with ebb and flows and water farms....my next venture will be with water farms.....complete set up for one plant is around 40 bucks. There is countless growers here that have soil grows and some of the nicest plants i have ever seen ....but for me soil had a lot of problems...when i am done with it what do i do with it lol i have no yard...and so on....just saw your last post and thought this might help....now going back to read your journal from beginning
I figured out 1 thing today, I gonna learn whatever it takes to start growing hydro from this point on! I'm sick of having problems with finding good potting soil for my plants especially at this time of year. I'm tired of dealing with soil in everyway looking for it disposing of the old, mixing what needed for the new I am going to start by purchasing everyting I need as far as meters. Anyone with suggestions on systems to start out with, or just to give a few pointers along the way will be welcome. This is day 1 on starting to learn everything I can as soon as I can!
You won't regret doing something like a hempy bucket, or Tunes420's version of it. A big bag of perlite weighs nothing, same with vermiculite. But I would caution you about working with it dry indoors. Once it's in the pot and moistened, no problem....but the dust is nasty. You'll have to mix up your medium outside. When the grow is over, just dump everthing into a big "Hempy" bag----(plastic trash bag with used perlite in it) and carry it out to the dumpster one handed.
Hempy buckets could not be more simple...and I am a total novice and they work for me....so well I'm going to harvest something halfway decent, in spite of all sorts of problems.
Give it a try.
