First Dirt Grow For 2021

Started the germination of 4 seeds, three unknown and one zkittlez on 2/21. Two of the unknown seeds were germinated in soil, only one survived. Two were damp paper towel germinated and moved to peat pods.

The following two weeks consisted of natural light and occasional spring water feedings. While constantly studying and upgrading, the three survivors were moved 3/6, into the bathroom shower and placed under 2 100w, 5000k, 1600 lumen CFLs with reflectors.

Growth continued at an expected, yet slow pace, considering the marginal surroundings and environment. Lighting was supplied 24 hours a day and CO2 levels fluctuated between 600-1700ppm, only supplemented by the use of a LP space heater’s pilot light.

March 16th all plants were transplanted into Opulent Systems 5 gallon grow bags with Fox Farm Ocean Forrest potting soil. Lighting was reduced to 16/8.

All plants performing well after transplant, excellent root ball noticed on plant that was germinated in dirt, fair root balls noted on plants germinated in paper towels and placed into peat pods. Growth slowed on all plants after transplanting, but little stress noted.

Additional 17w LED grow light with reflector was added on 3/30, and directed on the still unknown, dirt germinated, possibly GG4 auto flower strain.

Still looking good, maybe a little thirsty, but no worse off than when I left em. Yes the two in the rear need to be topped and trained, maybe get to that tomorrow.

Started the 12/12 light cycle on May 1st, finally topped and LST the final two. This journey is definitely quite enjoyable and educational. I can’t thank everyone enough for all the support and encouragement!

I can't quite tell front your images, but could be one of two things right off the bat.

Sugar Leaves - Good Thing

White powder mildew - Bad Thing but treatable.

@Twist Me Up Can you get a closeup of a couple of leaves?

Tok..
I’m guessing sugar leaves, I’ll send you some close up pictures in the am, they are sleeping now. It was only noticed later today on a few of the small top leaves of the cola.
