Not sure why the two plants are drooping and another I noticed is that they aren’t really stretchy. I know we don’t want that but how can I do LST if their not giving me much room in between each node

Would another reason be too much food? Like when I water them , the water always have food in it, should I give them a break from food?

They should be flowering soon if they're 4 weeks.
When you water are you wetting the entire pot to run off or just a little water.
Looks like under watered to me LOL.
Honestly I forgot when I planted them but shouldn’t they be bigger than that?

For an autoflower at 4 weeks yes should be bigger
I agree, but I don’t remember when I started them. But I did just transferred them into a larger bag they were in a plastic flower pot , I heard the bags were the best then because of oxygen flow

With how you're growing and in such small pots yes you should water thoroughly until run off.
From the looks of it I'd say you're just watering a little bit.
3 gallon grow bags they are in. But next time I water them I will water until I see run off
