First grow need help

Hi guys, my first grow so please help and be gentle(i'm very inexperienced with plants)
2 pots 17 liter each. northern light fem
it's about 8-10 days after finished germination. looks very small
temp are about 27-30 c, humid is about 60-70%
lights: 200W CFL 6500K for veg. +added 16W LED red/blue +40W 6500K LED bulbs.
light cycle are about 20h daylight 4h dark
water about twice a day lightly on the soil. it gets fresh air from outside the grow room of course.

looks small for such a long time, isn't it? maybe it is too much light?

Too much water, don't water it every day and give it more light.

Looks right on track to me. It will grow faster and faster with each new set of leaves.

Water every three or four days. The soil really should dry out a little on top, an inch down and its not wet she needs watered. they are a good size for 10 days i think, my plants were that size then and they are doing well.

Don't water everyday wait till pots are light to lift then water and as long as seeds are rooted they should be fine all the way through. When I was at this stage I gave it pure water until vigorous growth sprouted
