I have 3 plants under CFL. All was well until I switched from 18-6 to 11-13, 2 weeks ago and started on a flowering nutrient. Now they look sick and frail. (Could NPK be the issue)

Scenario:

Miracle Gro potting soil with DuGro all purpose fertilizer 15-30-15. Too much?
7 weeks old.
Topped and LST to keep low.
Tap water mixed with fertilizer PH 8.32
PPM 76
Room temp 28 degrees celsius near bulbs. (unused bathroom)
Just did a flush. Run off PH 7.32

Symptoms:

The soil is remaining wet. It almost seems like the plant decided not to drink water.
Clawing, turning brown
Slowed growth.
Brown spots.
Some leaves getting crunchy
Does not seem to be a pattern

HELP!! I just flushed them, should I just use plain water going forward?

Watering as needed. Usually 2 days for the soil to be dry an inch deep.
Before flipping it was on a 20-20-20 nutes but I decided that was too high and went down to 10-30-15.

Could the PH be causing a lockout? How do I lower it?

This is my first ever grow. So I'm open to all ideas from those with experience.

Oh goodness my friend

pH is very very very important
Get some pH up and down, till then white vinegar or lemon juice will lower it down

So yer using veggy nutes? That's will be a challenge too

Search for Emily's how to water thread
Yer roots are saturated and she is drowning

Let her dry out, like dry

Let her dry out, like dry
All the way to the bottom, pot should be light as
a feather before you water again...Like Chris said, they're drowning.

And welcome to 420,420Red !
Your pH should be adjusted to 6.2 - 6.7- vinegar will work for lowering it.
Nutrient lockout happens below 6.0,and above 7.0-best to shoot for the middle.

In the future if you're going to use salt based synthetic nutrients then I would opt to use coco coir mixed with 30% pumice and put that in 7 gallon Fabric pots.
That gets rid of any over watering woes and delivers those nutrients in a better medium than potting soil.

The problem here is likely multiple reasons.
PH too high
Soil tilth not right, not enough aeration.
Plastic pot
Probably bit too much nutrients

Miracle Grow Potting soil is time released nute formula. It provides nutes when it's ready, and not when your plant needs it more often than not. Most growers wont recommended to use MG as the medium to grow in.

Your NPK for cannabis is way out of whack. You want something that gives you like a 4-2-6 or 9-6-17. The point being your current P is twice as much as your N and K. You are trying to get to a ratio of 2-1-3 of whatever combination of NPK values you use.
How much are you feeding it? 76 PPM seems awfully low as well. Plants in late veg early flower are looking for ranges of around 800+.

I'm suspecting like the others the pH being way too high has caused your plant to lockout and stop drinking. Flushing as you did, as long as the water was pH'd correctly, was wise.
