Trying brother. I want another tent so I can have a LEC CMH light my only concern is when summer hits will it able to be used or will it get to hot. What's you tent like that you are running those lights. I know they aren't that hot but still in summer I don't know if it would get to hot for floweringLooking awesome

I can afford either one my only concern is that summer is coming and I don't want my room to get to hot. With that light I'll order a 5*5*7 ft tent. Inline fan with carbon filter. So that's the only thing holding me back from getting the LECThe watt draw for a mars 600 is 278w.. An ss315 lec is only 37 watts more, a little more than that if you run the 110 volt light... If you can afford the lec, buy it, if not the mars 600... some say the ss315lec will replace a 600w hps, if that's so, it should replace 2 mars 600s....
It all depends on how you grow.... For a one plant scrog, it's a perfect fit... I got lucky, 1.2 gpw first time, one plant, waterfarm scrog screen.... Great thing is that you get to take credit for what the light does.... Think about it, it's something you can buy that makes you look better in the end....
my HPS running through a cooled hood was a lot easier to manage, can air cool LEC but lose the UV spectrum which is what makes them so good. The 315w setups actually draw a little more power, i think its closer to 350w from the wall 
Running one in a 5x5 might be a bit more manageable but i dont think you will have complete light spread, max i would go for one light would be 4x4, thats why i put 2 in my 5x5
I was thinking of LEC 315 and CFL lights to add so I don't over heat in a 5*5*7 but CFL does suck. I could always get a small LED to add and even more UV added. I am just so worried about heating issues. Money is never the issue. I am a firm believer in if you do something do it right. But I am worried about summer heat. I don't want to have to add a air conditioning or problems with res temps getting thrown off.the LEC is still pretty warm imo, i have been dealing with skyrocketing temps since i put them in but it has been quite warm here being middle of summer (been up above 40c quite a lot and i dont have AC)

Don't ever do weight wet. I only do dry weight. I will hang dry for 5 days

It's always quality over quantity. For me. I am in love with cannabis. Always have been and always will. Happy growing and any questions you ever have feel free to ask BC I do have a lot of knowledge on growing styles and training plants. Training is my favorite thing to do except harvest obviously. But turning a Xmas tree into a bush is always my goal.Dang!!!
