When you watered it last, was the soil dried out all the way to the bottom-I mean did you water it because it needed water,or just because it was scheduled to be watered?
The way the leaves are curving and pointing down, and they sort of have that "puffy" look, indicates overwatering-let it dry out for a week or so,and it should be fine-and then only water it when it needs it.
How often and how much have you been watering it?

do what carcass said . Then feel the pot how heavy it is now that it's full of water. Try to remember that feeling because next time you water it needs to feel light. That's assuming those aren't the clay pots. Clay pots are so heavy by themselves it would probably be hard to tell when the pot gets light.

do a search for the "lift the pot" method, and someone that explains the wet/dry cycle.
I believe you're talking about yourself. LOL
