Hey everyone ots my first grow and using bag seeds so no idea if the plant is male or female. One plant is in its 4th week and the other at its 3rd week please let me know if they are male or female.
Please help determine the sex of the plant

I don't think you can tell from those pics. The plant seems too immature yet to be showing pistils, so you need to get some sharp focus on the gender structures, the pre-flowers, and then try to determine what the gender is based on their appearance.

Most of the time folk wait for pistils to show as confirmation of a female, but if you want to determine the plant's gender earlier you must be able to get close up to the gender structures. Some people use magnification, like from a 40X loupe. I don't have one of those altho they are cheap enough. Instead I take a bunch of close up pics and I blow them up on the screen and then hope that I get 1 or 2 pics that are sufficiently in focus so I can get an inkling as to whether it is a male or female.
Here is a closeup I took early in my last grow showing a preflower with male characteristics which indeed later grew balls which confirmed it. It would be hard to do this if your camera can't take reasonably clear closeups. Good luck.

Try taking in natural light but it looks like the plant is not showing yet.

Can you take some pictures under natural light? The blurple makes it extremely hard to see anything.
The pics are not much better, and as Canadadoes says, taking them in natural lighting would be helpful. In one pic it looked a little like a possible male, but the lighting color and the lack of clarity make it just a very rough guess. Unfortunately, I think that the quality of your camera or phone camera is not the best for closeups.

Better, Picture 2 seems to show more feminine qualities, right at the base of the node looks like female parts tucked into the “arm pit” IMO, keep an eye on it.
