Think I'll check my tubs in the morning haven't checked em since inoculation 4 or 5 days ago ,not expecting anything yet but my curiosity is killing me I'll stick a couple of pics up an u guys can let me know if everything looks ok

So is everything looking ok ?do I need to lower temperature ? I've stuck em back in tent under their box ,,ill check again in another 5 days an see where I go from there
 
From what I can tell, you are right on track. I don't see anything concerning or contaminated at this time. Usually with contamination, you will know within 2-3 days and it takes over QUICK!. Looking good friend.

As long as you aren't too high on temperatures, you will be fine. I wouldn't go above 80. I like 77 degrees myself, but it's not a micro manage situation. As long as it's not in the 60's or something cold like that, you will be GTG.

My Printing "TEK" :rofl: (I'm not a fan of everything being called a "TEK" in the mushie cultivation world, too many trying to reinvent the wheel for some reason or another(Fame, Recognition, MONEY, whatever the Case). I learned a long time ago, most of what you read is 80% nonsense or regurgitated from some other guy swearing they know what they are doing(since they read it somewhere). Bottom LINE... CUBES are so easy to grow comparatively to ANY other mushroom and will grow on just about anything. Preaching MODE Aborted! :)

Basically, just decap a nice Cap that is all the way open and Almost flat, throw it on some tinfoil(prep everything so you are ready, I spray my scissors with ISO) and I drop a droplet or two on each cap and Cover with something you have laying around(I used a throwaway storage container and a little pipette). Wait 24 hours or so and remove Caps and let the tinfoil dry. Once dry, Store Away. That's MY TEK... SO don't be trying to CLAIM muh SHIT. :rofl:

My F+ is starting to blob up and didn't have a wetness issue like the TAZ, it should do REAL well(excited for a new strain). I have some other stuff brewing as well, always playin' with something. Yea i thought so but figured id ask lol. Well im on my way to tryn isolate my B+ and my A.P.E. i got the 2nd transfers of agar done. As well as started a few new grain jars. Man tht b+ is a fast colonizer i did these 1st transfers on the 18th an 2day (so 9days) they are already done an able 2 make some jars an do transfers 2 other dishes lol.

Dam those are some nice dark prints congrats. Idk if my corraloides made a print or not lol. But i tried taking some clones an 2 of the jars got abunch of hair like fuzz growing in the jar but other 2 look gud i guess. Where do u go to get ur spores or do u jus do a random google search? I wasmt sure if u had like a normal spot u go to or not. I wana get a few more edibles as well as a psychedelic or 3 lmao. U got 3 i really wana try tht chicken of the woods, turkey tail, and chestnut r jus the 3 popping up in my mind rite this second. Im sure there are others but these r the ones ive been doing to try the most. So if u cud point me in the right direction to finding those tht would be really cool thanx.
 
My edible syringes are LC from a reputable seller on Fleabay. I used to go through Ralphster(for Cubes), but that's a BUST now from the F+ and AA+ both being contaminated initially on AGAR AND WBS/Oats(good thing I isolated the F+, I lost out on the AA+ trusting the syringe... never an issue before... you saw I resurrected his TAZ syringe over 3 years old). Nothing else in those same batches(I have the blocks to prove it and spawn pics) contaminated BUT his syringes I'm pretty sure he gave me Overstock since both were on the Strain Of The Month AND overstock list for a long time. I didn't even care, I just wanted him to acknowledge the fact that it was HIS fault(old syringe) and nothing I did(never replied STAY AWAY from HIS Syringes unless you want to play clean-up). When I went from his F+ syringe to AGAR, it popped and did all kinds of craziness and splattered contamination on the plate in little dots(showed 2 days later, good indicator it was in the liquid I spread from streaking). Anyway, in the end I lost a freebie syringe and I have a nice culture of F+ that took 3 transfers to finally clean completely. I have a new source for other avenues, but that's not a trusted vendor or anything and you can find whatever you want as long as your not in CA, ID, or GA.

P.S don't do Chicken of the Woods unless you are going to inoculate onto an Oak log or something(Totem), they won't fruit indoors in a bag. Chestnut is an easy fruiter and Turkey Tail is a fast colonizer but takes 6-7 weeks to fruit. Chestnut will fruit in about a week(to PIN), and it takes off fast from there.
 
I had a crazy thought earlier SO I thought I would share, in Regards to the F+ looking like an Albino. It wouldn't surprise me if the syringe was Mislabeled and this is actually Albino A+. The pins look exactly like AA+, NOW that I think about it, it's not that far fetched since the entire order was Contaminated and the worst experience I've ever encountered. 2 to 1 ODDS it's AA+... ANY takers AGAINST!? :rofl:

Dang tht sux bout get contaminated syringes well atleast u got the 1 cleaned up now lol. I got few im working on cube wise i jus wana get a few mre edible ones going on. But thanx for the info bout chiken of the woods not working gud indoors. Ill have to do turkey tail n chestnut plus my Shiitakes i jus got a 2nd flush out of this log. Got some pretty big ones to so did a gud amount of spore prints.

Here is my monotub with a few fruits tht keep popping up lol. This is technically still the 2nd flush they jus keep coming hahaha.

Then here was my shiitake log on the 2nd flush. I got some nice size caps n did some printing work from them so will have some prints for a later time n wont lose the strain.

Its day 7 an i realise should I have been burping my tubs ,,not sure if hepa air filters on tubs r any good?

On 2 of the tubs u can see it coming together but we'll see ,if I can get 2 out of 3 tubs to grow,,,
Tub number 3 could still come to life ,,I'll check in another couple of days to check :ciao:

Your Shiitake Block is spent, I can see little green spots here and there. This happens, I tried for a 3rd flush on my first Shiitake Block and within a few days of drying out, I had a few of the same green spots. She's did her job so you can Compost it, or throw it outside, It may fruit again Who knows. Some nice fruits other than the Moldy looking one(TOSS it).

You have some good size Cubensis fruits there, you are progressing and getting better. What are you using in your Tub for Substrate?

Nice job so far lookn like its coming together now congrats an gudluck.
 
In my experience with prints, 12-24 hours for a nice print, then I just let them sit in the same chamber I printed them in without the caps. I don't get too much moisture, but definitely make sure the Tinfoil(spores) are dry before storing. Molds love moisture. :volcano-smiley:

Yea cuz the otherday i went to grab some spores n the baggie they were in had freakn water in the bottom corner. So i wasnt sure if those were any good any more or not?

On a side note i put my shrooms infront of a fan to make sure they r fully dry cuz i took like 3 ana half grams yesterday n didnt feel nuthn. Thts happend to me b4 like twice. Altho this time there were a few caps tht felt a tad soft. So they prolly cud have dried sum more is my thinking. So got em in frnt of a fan sitting on a paper bag to help suck the moisture frm them. An when they r crispy bone dry 4 SURE ill try em again. But is there a reason i dnt feel nuthn off my shrooms at times even wen they r dry dry?

Ok so i jus got home n checked on my jars an igot a Golden Teacher grain jar going rite nw. An it says i did it on 2-18 so thts almost a month an idk but its like stalled or sumthn. Im not sure why but its like it wont go past the 2 chunks u see in the pic. Those 2 spots tho have got super super thick white color to them. So i was thinking maybe do a grain to grain transfer an jus take the 2 chunks out an into another jar or sumthn or what do u think i shud do?
