New member here, just found this post. I love it! I use 3d printing a ton in my grows as well.....I actually designed a very similar fitting. Mine is designed for use with electrical conduit though. Metal conduit is almost as cheap as PVC and a lot more rigid. Also, I wanted mine more for supporting heaver loads so I integrated hose clamps to ensure that they don't move
