Weird spikes on top of plant: Male autoflower plant?

I was looking at my plants today and noticed something very strange on one of them. I was a bit shocked, I never seen anything like this on my plants before. I look it up and it looks like a flowering male plant. I’m confused because I’m certain the seeds I ordered were femenized. The pictures are of my one month old auto. I just watered with nutes for the first time yestarday. I didn’t see this on it yestarday it just popped up today. I have 4 other plants in tent, so if this plant is male are all my other plants ruined? The other 4 plants in the tent haven’t started flowering yet. Any help is appreciate.if this is male what should I do?

Yes that's a male.
Should I rip it out? I hope it didn’t affect my other plants. I also have another plant in the same pot as that male, do you think the male would mess the other plant up

One of the left is the other plant. One on the right is the male

Definitely a male, I would remove it immediately as it is probably about 1-2 weeks from starting to drop pollen (maybe less)
