400 watt mh....4-8 ozs...total.not per plant ..so it wouldnt matter if i were to have 1 plant or 10 plants.....the yield will be the same???

Well....no. Where did you get this info that 4-8 ounces is what a 400 will grow? I used a 400 in a scrog and got a hell of a lot more than 8 ounces.lol I averaged 2 ounces per plant with a 400watt MH in a regular lst/supercrop grow. Plus a 400 will not get you 8 ounces of 1 plant because 1 plant that produces half a lb is going to be taller than the light can cover. A 400 will only penetrate through the foilage so far. So to avoid that problem you grow several shorter plants and concentrate on getting as many lumens as possible to them. A good reflector as close as possible while still getting the spread you need or even a light rail.

I used a 150 watt light and had buds that were 70 grams or more each.

I just kept bending the plant down as it grew upwards each day.

Total was around 12+ oz cut bud weight . 4+ when dried ..

But it was my first time too and learned as I grew lol...
