4 Week old clones new growth light green but not stunted

I only feed them when they start to look droopy, I see the plants twice a day, just as lights on then at about 12hrs into there cycle again.

Ok, it might be that they are now in need of bigger pots to expand their roots and just not able to get enough out of the soil at this point.
