Drop your light.. but do it gradually as to not shock them. Maybe an inch or two a day till you get to about 14"-16". Awfully stretchy for autoflowers.

Do they look a bit behind on growth?

You can also add some 5000k Philips 60w equivalent (10w actual) LED bulbs from Home Depot. Diode based lights like mars are notoriously bad at vegging as they only contain one spectrum of blue. The Philips bulbs are very cheap at $12 CDN for 4 at HD.

Yup. They will bloom even if you give them 18 hours of light a day. Autoflowers contain a ruderalis gene. It originates from northern Siberia where they only get 18 hours of light in the summer and 18 hours of dark in the winter
