A small experiment I did to prove phenotype affects rooting

Was arguing with a friend that genetics and phenotypes affects rooting clones, so I did a little experiment to prove it, and I thought I would post it here in case anybody might find it interesting as it can affect your choice of mother plant.

The pictures speak for themselves

All external factors were the same, temps, environment, rooting gel, clonining solution, ect.
strain is ice cream from paradise seeds feminized
used 2 different mothers from seed
took 24 clones each, all roughly same size
foliar fed
12 in rockwool and 12 in bubble cloner
Plant A were all fully rooted in rockwool (roots sticking out of cube) in 7 days and 8 in bubble cloner (multiple inch long roots)
Plant B took 13 in RW and 12 in cloner but lost 3
Plant A showed much more vigor and actually grew a little while rooting
Plant B showed visible signs of stress
