AC Infinity Controller 20 degrees off

My AC Infinity controller is so far off, it reads a full 20 degrees higher than the actual temp, and the humidity is off by 15. I have the probe hanging on the side, about 2” into the leaves.

Would another manufacturer’s probe work with the ACi controller?

Which controller do you have?
I use the the 69 pro for a couple years and have not had any issues.

Also, I do not believe an off brand probe will work with the AC Infinity controllers.
