am I doing it right is my Babies healthy?

Im a first timer and I need your great advise & opinion on my new born Babies.

it's been 17 days since my babies start growing check the photos, am not sure if my babies are healthy or not? are they dying? should i start fertilizing them? is my setup good enough for growing? please help

Growing setup
cabinet 50x50x120cm
I have 400W MH or HPS lamp i changed the MH to HPS lately because i can control the temperature better , also i fixed one fan transferring fresh air from outside through 4" hose , also the AC is cooling the growing cabinet with 4" hose, the temp inside the cabinet is fixed to 28-29 C, the light cycle is 9am-1am ON, the remaining time is OFF, the pots are 6"x6"x6"

That is heat stress and over water. Make sure you have a good air circulation in the grow room, and you should buy a reflector, to put on the lamp
