Are these roots...?

Are these roots poking through the cloth pot?

I was planning on transpotting this plant (and her sister) to larger pots. I guess I'm doing it on Monday (fed them both on Friday).

Is there anything special I should do as to not damage the roots during the move?

Yes, those are roots.
I LOVE to see that poking thru my pots ... it shows that your girls are SO healthy that they want to ESCAPE the pot and TAKE OVER THE ROOM.

LoL.

I clump up to a hundred plants together after their potted in five gal smart pots and when I'm ready to spread them out three or four weeks later there are long roots outside the bag; like three inches or so. (Because there's no light there, outside the pots) I like to eat these. They are clean, bright white and taste like fresh celery .... but better. Sweeter. Good stuff - and it demonstrates that the plant is very healthy.
Congratulations.

How do I get them out of their pots without damaging the roots?
You can't.
And you won't hurt her.

They in cloth pots ... the way I replant from cloth is to cut the pot in three places and peel it away.
You'll only lose the tips that are sticking thru and she won't miss them.

You got a plant there that is straining at the leash ... yer not going to hurt her by repotting.
