Well, it's been a while. Starting a family took up a lot of my free time (who would have thought), so why not try and find some spare time to update a journal.

Were gonna skip all the boring parts of Veg, but here's the setup.

The seeds! I have 2 green crack seeds from Humboldt and 2 jack herer seeds from sunwest genetics. I had a did from the green grack seeds, so one is a week behind (I can't even remember which one, it really caught up)

The same tent and light, a 3x3x6 with my ol' trusty 315 watt CMH. She runs cool, and she runs cheap. Two small 4 inch oscillating fans for circulation plus an exhaust through a vortex carbon filter for the stank.

My medium is oceans forest, but I started in jiffy pucks and transplanted to BX for my medium sized pot. Been slowing giving them some 3-1-3, flowering will have 0-2-3 added to that. Maybe in 2 weeks.

Scrog is up already, the art of tucking has begun. So far I'm very happy with the growth I'm seeing.

My goal is defoliation. I'm a few grows in and I've failed to get more light through the canopy. I'm going to do some trimming in a week perhaps, I really want those leaves to soak in the light in the meantime.

Anyways that's it. Feel free to drop a line, advice etc.

I've seen what those cmh's can do- they're friggin impressive!
And they make for beautiful pics,as an added benefit...

Thanks! It give credit to good seeds, I've thrown nutrients a little heavier than usual but they're really responding well.

The bulb slowly gets brighter and brighter when you turn it on, but when it's about 3/4 lit it takes the beeeest pictures. The greens are so vibrant, I've been accused of using filters when really it's just the lighting haha.

Well, we had a power outage at 3 am on Sunday so I started flowering thst day haha. Got up around 7, unplugged the light till power came back on and set the timer. No complaints, they're really taking off. Probably 2 inches of growth all over. And that's pretty much it, the pictures should be getting a little more interesting the next few weeks. Here's the crop yesterday

Wow ! I don't think they could be any healthier-beautiful plants,Bud!

Whoops... Kinda forgot to update. So things have progressed quite a bit. I'm learning quite the lesson on how some seeds react differently, as my Green crack crop is massive and Jack Herer is noticeably smaller. Fine by me, the plants are doing great. Full of life and the buds have really grown.

I'm currently on day 20 of flower, of 65ish days. It smells great in the tent, can't wait for harvest already haha. Times like these that I wish I had a veg tent. I would consider getting my next round of autos ready in the next couple weeks... But oh well. Here's some updated pictures
