Can these crispy seedlings recover?

it's not mine

I think I made a mistake and planted 3 of my seeds (after popping in paper towels) directly into FFOF. Pics show 2 of the 3 seedlings which look a little crispy. I believe the nutrients may have been too hot for the seedlings. Am I correct in assuming that? After noticing the seedlings under stress I transplanted them into coco coir hoping to curb the damage. Can the seedlings recover or should I just count my losses and germinate more seeds? I should also mention that I put the seedlings out in the sun every day for about 5 days. I'm sure that didn't help as I recently read that was not a great idea. I should note that when I transplanted into coco coir that they seemed to stop growing. Any suggestions?

Don't let it dry out. Seedlings need easy access to water because they don't have a big root network to go around collecting water. Don't drown it, but keep the soil around the seedling moist. Those seedlings should recover if you treat them right. Good luck.
