Does anyone recognize these chew holes?

Does anyone recognize these chew holes? I didn't see the culprit and I haven't found any more holes after 4 days.

Any slime or fish scale like shiny on the leaves I would say very small soil slug.

could be handling damage. the hole grows bigger as the leaf gets larger. a smaller early injury can develop into a hole. other times the leaf will malform as it grows causing a tear.
