Little tan bug

Does anyone know what this looms like? Some small holes are being chewed in the leaves intermittently, and also in some spots it looks like one layer of the leaf is slightly eaten away. Anyone with any experience with these buggers? They dont look like spidermites as I can squish them pretty easy, no poo and no stippling/webs. A few of the photos are of damage, others are the best i could get of the buggers.

Hiya @Stoney89 I think thats a thrip! I'm glad I saw this because I think I saw one a while back, and after researching yours, I noticed some pictures with leaf patterns that show I obviously have them too! Hmm now for how to treat....

So I just went to my room to look again @Stoney89, I definitely have them too! I'm going to head to the store right now for some
Dr. Bronner's unscented liquid castille soap mixed with water...spray! Dead and done.

Thanks @Pbass man I appreciate you looking into that while I was at work! I just popped into the flower room this morninhg and saw that totally taken off guard. Let me know how your soap method goes. I have another method I am gonna try myself I'll get back to ya in a week or two and see if there is a difference!

So far so good but you know I imagine it's time for a reapply...see what happens? I lick 'em the forget about it. Thanks for the reminder! I used a tablespoon of neem, a small splash of bronner's (more than a few drops) and a gallon of water, and if I was smart I remembered to put in some silicone (which I probably didn't) because my weed shop guy gave me a sample and said it works well foliar applied and I can kill two birds with one stone...I do a fair amount of supercropping so for a free trial I'm using it to strengthen my stems. I dunno if I will pay for it again after its gone though. What did you end up using @Stoney89 ?
