I started this thread in another area, but I don't believe it was the correct forum room to ask. So I will try this one

I am trying to get info/understand something
Donation(price) differences for outdoor soil based vs. indoor hydro.
Assuming all things are equal(ie strain, organic nutes, overall smell, taste, quality) is there a big price difference pound for pound outdoor soil v. indoor hydro?
I heard $1300-1800 a lb. for outdoor whitewhidow
and $4000-4200 a lb for hydro widow(you can substitute any type. sour diesel, casey jones, gods gift etc for the white widow).
I understand that prices will differ from one co-op to another, one crop to another, buyer confidence in the grower and/or vendor.
Also if outdoor soil based medicine is so much cheaper shouldn't that translate to cheaper prices for the patient/end-use-buyer?...ie Fall to late winter prices should drop dramatically.
Thanks for any positive input/info

i know outdoor is cheaper at dispensaries, but i don't think soil vs hydro is much of a difference, i don't know prices for that kind of thing, but i know bud, and i wouldn't pay more for 'dro' i'd rather have some organic soil grown bud
