I too have seen the Naperville Drug Task Force lurking the streets. Very unnerving even when I am not medicating.

Hindsight is 20/20.
Probably never should have consented to an (unreasonable) search of your vehicle. Yeah it might have "pissed them off" a little bit, but without probable cause a judge never would have signed off on a search warrant. I know it can be unnerving with the law up in your grill.
Paraphernalia in Illinois is a misdemeanor, if it's your first offense, you'll probably get off with probation, possibly a drug "awareness" class and court fine, of course!
