Dying new plant!

I was wondering what would cause a healthy 3wk. old to dry and almost die on me.

some of the parameters
1- Just trans planted into a bigger air pot.
2-have it under 2ft,4 bulb T5
3- all organic no nutes
any thoughts would help. thanks

is it not getting enough water? how's the humidity? post some pics please. ill try to help.

ok ill try on the pics, humidity is ok I dont know exactly, water is good not a clone, from seed indica plant.
