El Fuego auto

So week 8 elfuego auto grow, wondering why we are taking so long to see some buds, but wow super healthy plants on bright side. Have them all lst and tied up. I’ll have to post more pics. But 24 inches tall on one is why I had to tie it over. You can see the before and after. But has anyone had this problem with an autoflower with longer than listed time. I believe my plants were stunted in their original medium. I transplanted and they rebounded significantly. Just are growing like bushes. Finally showing signs of flower with purple colas. But honestly looks like this will be 10-11 weeks. Thoughts or insight?

I've seen people on this lovely forum have the same issue. First, they developed nice so they will be monsters :slide: issues comes down to space potentially.

@Preston9mm used a chemical to get an auto that wasn't flowering to flip. Can't remember the name but it was earlier in his current journal.

I've also seen people try 12/12 temporarily to try and trigger flowering or even a dark period before 12/12.

is it just the light or does it look a touch hungry as well ?

feed it and hit it with 12/12 to kick it if doesn't work. the auto gene expression (ruderalis) isn't always strong in every pheno. sometimes it can take a bit of a kick. every once on the long odds you can wind up with essentially a photo too ...

edit : i actually only jumped in cause i once chased a girl who drove a car called an EL Fuego lol :cheesygrinsmiley:

Bluter, I believe it minor light bleaching yeah I fed yesterday flowering is definitely finally taking place. I’m at a higher soil ph at 7 on all of plants right now. tomorrow I’ll water with a lower ph. I’m only adding tiger bloom from fox farms. I have several other nutes. But I’m trying to use the bare minimum, I believe plants were in shock while seedlings and put them off 2 weeks. But may do a dark photo period for a day to push them to edge. In last 4 days they have grown 4 inches so I believe this is the pre flower stretch finally.
