Electric company billing change to cheap outside of the hours of 4-9pm and expensive then vs just a flat monthly total billing

Anyone have their electric company change to a billing like this? It's optional, but I am sort of thinking it could be advantageous. I'd have 18 hours there so I could just run that lights out and if ac is needed crank it right before the time change and lights out. They seem to already know the hourly billing anyhow so I'm not sure if I should try to stay on the old plan to hide out the usage times? Anyone switched and saved?

It changes during the seasons where I am....not a lot of summer a/c use, but more people indoors during low winter daylight hours.
