Extra lighting at end of bud cycle?

Ive been wondering if I gave my gurls extra lighting at tha final week or two if itd do any harm?? Or if they would benefit from it?? Cuz I got a neighbor who seems to have started blooming indoors and is finishing them off OUTDOOR now(for about a month or so, SOOO does any1 suggest FOR or AGAINST an idea like that being done INDOOR??? Last week of bloom 18/4 or maybe 24/0?? Advice please....

I kinda figured that, but I was wondering if any1 has any experience with it,like wat would be tha limit for doin it?maybe sumwhere in between 12/12 n 18/6, maybe around 15/9 for tha last week, cuz my neighbors have been outside for bout a month n they look almost dun, full of fat colas, I can see how movin em outdoor early n tha season can help em, compared to movin em now or later on...
