This is my first attempt at low stress training what do you guys think is this the goal you want to archeive

Looks good to me. Some folk may like to take out a crowded fan leaf or two, but others wouldn't.
Training is about what you want to achieve. Opening out the canopy so more buds can share the direct sun is a good goal. In my recent grow, I LST'd an auto and Quadlined 2 photos that I also supercropped and LST'd, but I have a stealth requirement for height otherwise I perhaps would have done only one of those training methods or perhaps none at all. The 2 Quadlined plants were just over 2 feet high but one yielded nearly 11oz and the other just under 9oz. Good luck.
