First grow problem

im a first time grower
so i chose autoflower
i got these buds from 2 fast 4 buds
my plants are 5 weeks old but are got growing
im using compost jh bowers
400 watt led and cfl setup
my ph is nuetral
not overwateting

need a heap more light , they look over watered also or maybe its root bound , not sure if thats a solo cup

Yeah they do look maybe overwatered. The soil mix looks too clumpy. More light could help blast them through to getting a better root system to help deal with the compacted soil.
If they were photos they'd be worth trying to fix. Autos- no. Sorry.

Let the soil dry for a couple of days it looks wet

Agreed. Auto's are on a set timeline from the start. At 5.5 weeks they should have started flowering by now. They will never make buds worth keeping in the short time they have left. 1-2.5 weeks at most

Had Same problem with the size and leafs. You need much more light. What is your light schedule
