First time grower plant 3 weeks into flowering has white on some leaves help

this is my first plant it is outdoors and is 3 weeks or more into flowering and i have noticed on a couple of the leaves maybe 10% of the total plant has white on it kind of looks like dried paint but at first i did not think much of it because it was on one leaf and i was high and forgot but i just smoked and went to look at her again and i think it may be spreading my only thought could be it rained pretty hard about 2 days ago for about 24 hours straight maybe that could have done something.

Sounds like you may have powdery mildew.

We need pictures to be sure though.
