Hello, if you could try and get a couple more photos it might help us in giving you the most accurate info. Depending on your style of smoke I've attached a photo to try and help narrow it down. Most people try and trim when the highest % of the triches are milky/cloudy.

At least 4 more weeks. The buds are not fully formed yet. How long have they been on 12/12 for? Looks like she's still in the stretch.

Is there any light getting in during lights out? Not the best pics but almost look like their revegging

Looks like she is cornfused on what to do
In 12/12 it must have total darkness, thus why most use tents or dedicated rooms
Also if u are manually switching the lights, an HR late or early or long can cause her to be cornfused as well
So get a timer if u don't have one

No light is getting in should I just put them on 24 hr light or they need there sleep
It's flowering it needs 12/12 light, meaning 12hrs light then 12hrs dark, over and over
Did you try and switch to flowering??

12 hours on 12 hours off, if you want her to bloom.

That's why they looked re vegged to me I thought I had just smoked to much lol. Yes they need their sleep 12hrs of darkness isn't just important it's required.

Like Chris said read read read it's all I do. I still read about new growing techniques and technology. I'm just now getting into reading about genetics. Start reading the basics and don't skip anything because you think you already know it.
