Flowering or new leaves: what am I looking at?

Dumb question but I have to ask, because I keep looking at this and can't tell if it's a cola forming or if it's just a cluster of new veg growth. This is my first grow, I'm 3 1/2 weeks into the grow and it's a Dwarf Low Flyer Auto, I have a journal going HERE

Thoughts?

Hard to tell under those lights, it looks like veg growth to me.

At 3 1/2 weeks I would say it's probably starting to transform.

Thanks Pennywise and CagedApe, I guess in the next day or two it will become more apparent. I was hoping that it would get some more growth before it does begin to flower, but this is my first and I've made some mistakes, so if it's happening now so be it I guess. If I can clearly see pistils start to show I guess that is the time when I'd need to change my feeding ratio.
