Flowering question

most of the flower with red hair , but the down part not maybe the light not arrive ther , it should be 3-4 weeks antil the end,what to do if not all the flower ready ? maybe the ripen will do the job?
and if not you suggest me to cut all the top and leave the rest to grow mor weeks antul it will be ready? thers a bud all over the plant withe white hair and the rest with red hair......
all the last grow was grow in difrent area and the ilght was get to all part

Some growers will cut the top finished buds off the plant and leave the rest of the underdeveloped buds on the plant for a couple more weeks. I have never done this. I always just cut the plant down and keep the good buds for smoke and put the other small underdeveloped buds in a jar to cure and eventually just use it to make water hash.

i whant all the buds will grow to be a developed . so for this you suggest me to cut the top and leave the rest mor weeks?

she start the 5 week thers 9 week when can i see the buds thet developed, now thers alot of hairs i cant see the flower like the way he supposed to be.
the time will do the job? and the ripen?
