Funny new growth

Hi All
I have about 18 four week old plants....I have a brown discoloration in the brand new leaf growth. It doesn't look similar to anything I've seen before. None of my other plants have this. Only difference is these were outside under a translucent plastic box on a cool(45 d)F couple nights, otherwise plants look pretty healthy. Soil is a mix of Natural, peat and potting soil. A couple of feedings.
Any thoughts?? Thanks

Could be the cold temp causing this.

They appear to be overwatered from the puffiness... the cool night didn't help, but they are pretty tough, especially under a box. Has it been raining a lot?

PH around 6 ..............box over plants for rain and temp protection

Yes rainy and cool........running out of room and light indoors........trying to move a few outside in a cold May.

That color change was due to your cold temp.

see if you can shield them from more rain for a bit.... put foil over the top of the soil or something... its all the water that is the problem
