Potted plants with good aeration I'm guessing your in.... should go 68-74 or so. Subtle changes to root zone temp-test it first and water temp.
If they are in warm day and root zones are hot-say 73 then I wouldn't put 68 on them I would do aerated 70is to cool her and fix root zone problem for consistency.

Room temperature air will warm it to useable levels. The higher off the floor, the warmer it will get.
In winter. when the well water is 1 degree above ice cubes, Ill put the water container near the woodstove. Helps with humidity too.
Sunshine from a window will speed things up.

That would be why I don't why water ever thanks being in the same room keeps them same temperature

We do not heat or water because are water stays in tanks in the greenhouse and I to use the tanks of water to help control my humidity

Ok I understand now. Like most, you let the water warm or cool naturally based on the temp in the room.
