Does my plant need more light or did it need more heat

Looks like straight 100% coco its growing in.
Might need a little something in the water like coconut water and aloe vera, or a very weak nutrient solution.
Should be between 75 to 80 degrees and 65 to 70% humidity.

For my my lights I have Mars Hydro TSW 2000W and there are 19 inch away from it and my light schedule is 18/6 and the temp is 75c 80 c

I would bump it to 20/4 or 24/0. That lights a bit overkill right now. Can you dial it down?

A couple of things come to mind. The light sounds to close for a seedling. I would see what the manufacturer recommends for seedlings. The plant looks pale could be lacking nitrogen. I'm not familiar with coco but I believe there are no nutrients at all in it. Also make sure you have good drainage and are not over watering. At least that's where I would start.

You cannot grow cannabis in a medium without proper nutrients your seedling is under fed.If you want better results and your a new grower you should go with soil that has microbiology in it let it do the work for you.

Seedlings should be able to take direct sun light so no need to back off light.Feed or repot into quality soil for cannabis growing.

I added some new tunes to the water and do you know any good soil that won't break the bank
