Help ladies are sick...

hi guys this is my 1st grow and every thing seemed ok until a few day ago.
one has twisted and curled up leafs and the other has light green spots with tiny red/brown dots in the middle of them. can you please help me.

Your plants look quite healthy. The only comment I have is keep an eye on fert levels. There is a slight yellowing on the leaf fringe, but this will grow out - don't add any more nutes just yet.
