If your running 1000watts of led it should be much higher than 10 inches. I keep my 600w full spectrum sun at 15inches. And it was yellowing leaves(light burn) at 12 inches. You want some stretch in her so go a little high until you see her stretching then when she's where you want her height wise bring your lights back down a little at a time and see how she responds. Led is different than other light as it's intensity goes by PAR(or PUR to be more accurate) check your lights manufacturer recommendations. They more than likely have an expensive par meter and have listed the best height for most intensity

3 weeks into veg now she's got a nice thick stock hope I didn't take to much off but she looks amazing and I watered her down used seaweed extract as they love this shit. Spray it on her leaves and 15 mins later used normal water to clean off kelp. As she took what she wanted in by now I'd assume. God I love my bubba kush and this Hobby as a hole. God bless and love all u home growers cheers fuckers

I had lights way to close I mean they were at like 8" my 1200w and it stunted there grow but backed the lights and hoping she grows lol any thoughts

Doesnt look like your gonna have much room if you don't start soon. If you have another tent to flower in I would raise one to about 2ft with LST stretched out in a big circle. Then flip her. Let her hit 4-6 foot and pull enough to last a year. But I grow autos now and they choose what they do(to an extent) . Garden is looking good though awesome job
