As you can see two of these girls have deformed/half looking new growth leafs I don't know if it's a big problem or how to deal with it any advice will be appreciated they are under a 300w led 4weeks in veg

Actually, it's really hard to make out much in those photos. Could you get closer to the "deformed/half looking new growth leafs" and shoot under natural light? That would be big help.

They feel like they are burned

The hooked leaves in the last photo are a classic sign of too much nitrogen.

Yeah I just found out that do I just flush it out with water on my next water?
Do you have any idea why my other plant is like that? I fim it then all the new growth grew like that

I'd suggest buying a PPM meter and checking the concentration of your fertilizer and your runoff. Then you can run some water through the pot to try to get the concentrations back to better levels, and you can avoid over-fertilizing in the future.

If you pinched off part of a stalk and its leaves, it's not surprising that the damaged leaves grew in deformed.
